Is there a dress code?
Yes! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! This may include a nice button up shirt and dress pants, a suit, floor length or midi length dresses. No jeans and no t-shirts please!

We are hoping for warm weather but it will be October so, prepare accordingly.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated when you RSVP online.
Can I bring my kids?
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate children at our wedding. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is complimentary guest parking.
What are my transportation options if I don't want to drive?
We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. As such we will be offering shuttles to and from the venue.
Shuttle meet up point will be at 7:00 PM at the Homewood Suites by Hilton at 361 Queen Street. The shuttle will pick everyone up at the end of the night at 11:30PM to be dropped off at the Homewood Suites.
Can I smoke at the venue?
Smoking is ONLY permitted in the designated smoking area (No, you cannot smoke in the parking lot). Guests seen smoking outside of the designated area will be warned once before being asked to leave the property and/or fines will be applied to damages.
What's the bar situation?
We will provide a cash-only bar with spirits, beer, wine and cocktails (as well as non-alcoholic options).
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP as soon as you can! The latest we can accept your response is August 5th, 2024. If we do not receive a response by this date, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us however, we must promptly provide the total guest count to the venue, and we cannot accept late RSVPs past this point.
What time should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive no earlier than 7:45PM as we will be having an intimate dinner with our close family and friends beforehand, and would appreciate you respecting our privacy during this time.
